Automated Instant Email delivery When you order any of the following
items:
Unlock Code
Debrand Pack (without cable)
Unlock Pack (without cable)
These
items are delivered instantly to the primary email address associated with your
PayPal account, or the email address you gave if paying via card using the
paypal payment gateway.
If you
have not received your order you should first check any spam or junk folders you
may have, and also be sure to access the email address associated with PayPal.
If after checking this, give it more time to be delivered, as we also send copys
of your order to you manually to ensure delivery is made.
If
after this you have not received your order, please contact us via the
helpdesk, and give us your name, address,
paypal transaction ID (from your paypal email receipt) and description of goods
that you are chasing. We can then help you and give you a copy of
your order
Manually Processed Email delivery When you order any of the following
items:
Server Credits for unlocking tools and
servers
Unlocking Tool Add-On / Activations
These
items are delivered to you via email normally within 1 - 24 hours.
If you
have not received your order you should first check any spam or junk folders you
may have.
If after 24 hours you have not received your order email, please contact us via
the helpdesk, and give us your name,
address, order number and paypal transaction ID if you used paypal, and
description of goods that you are chasing. We can then help you and
give you a copy of your order

Delivery is arranged through Royal Mail First Class Recorded
Delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of goods. If a delivery
is unsuccessful, then a card is left to arrange collection or redelivery.
Delivery can be as fast as the next working day, but please allow 5
working days.
Worldwide
Order tracking numbers cannot be issued for overseas orders.
Delivery is arranged through UK Royal Mail First Class International
Recorded Delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of goods.
Delivery times can vary , from 2-14 working days.
Tracking numbers for your order are
usually available once the order has been packed, and passed onto Royal
Mail for shipping. This is normally around 5-6pm Monday-Friday.

NOTE: If your tracking number is not displayed,
this may be due to 3 reasons.
1. The order you are tracking has not
been paid for, if this is the case refer to the payment instructions on
your order email. We only ship orders that have been paid for.
2. The order has not yet been packed.
Try to be patient, all completed orders are packed and shipped. You
may have missed today's pickup time, please try again tomorrow. Please
don't be disappointed if you do not get a tracking number 5 min after you
place your order, we are quick, but not that quick ;-)
3. Your order may have been temporarily
out of stock, if this is the case, please be patient, as we get new stock
every day, so the delay will not be for too long.
