    Yes, same problem I have faced with my mobile. Actually I was installed the new software in my mobile and then after the touch screen of my mobile won’t work properly. I have tried many times but still it won’t response. Finally I took my mobile to the shop from where I bought it. They solved the problem and now it is working properly.
